Ok so I’m recording this today because I understand first hand how stress can affect one’s life.  This isn’t going to be one of those episodes where I tell you - just sleep, turn off your phone, eat this, do that… no… this is going to be about how you can really work through some of the Stress that’s getting you down.  

I have lived through the panic attacks, the anxiety, the feeling of wanting to put myself in a dark room and just sleep until the problem goes away. I know first hand the brain fog, the cloudiness and the darkness that can creep in when we go through seriously traumatic and stressful times in our life. 

Here's some of my tips and strategies that I use to heal myself and move forward. This week I needed to use my own tools of Somatic Healing and Embodiment to move through some really upsetting and stressful days.  Enjoy as I express my own personal experience!
