Cycle Empowerment: Navigating PMDD with Adriana Tantau

View descriptionShare

In this episode of Peri Menopause Power, we delve into the world of PMDD with Adriana Tantau, a global fitness consultant and host of The PMDD Podcast.

As you know our podcast has a specific focus on Peri Menopause, but it is important for us to also acknowledge that Menopause doesn’t just happen. We experience our reproductive years and menstrual cycles in the lead up to Peri Menopause and those experiences become part of our story and contribute to our Menopause experience.

So it is important for us to bring to you the awareness of various conditions and experiences women have around their menstrual cycles and life phases, because these are vast and varied.

Adriana shares her personal journey with PMDD and endometriosis, highlighting the challenges and triumphs along the way. Through her advocacy work, Adriana is on a mission to raise awareness and promote education on menstrual health, aiming to destigmatize and empower individuals.

This was an incredible conversation that at times left both Nat and Lisa speechless. We also loved Adriana's journey to supporting herself and nurturing her body with what she needed physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

You will love this episode! Be sure to connect with, follow and listen to Adriana via her podcast The PMDD Podcast https://linktr.ee/the_pmddpodcast

If you are enjoying our podcast and all of our conversations will you leave us a review? And don't forget to subscribe or share the podcast with loved ones and friends. We can all play a part in creating the world we want for ourselves and our daughters.

Thanks for listening as always!
