In this week's episode we welcome Veronica Johnston. Veronica is a clinical psychologist who runs three psychology clinics in the west of Victoria. She has over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, and their families providing emotional, educational, and behavioural support to her clients. Veronica also has a passion for women's mental health and particularly enjoys helping women navigate change and reclaim their power in times of uncertainty.

This was a beautiful conversation that touched on so many different elements of health and wellbeing from navigating transformational life phases, understanding that the body and mind can not be separated along with finding personal purpose and acceptance for where we are. 

Veronica shares a deeply personal story and how her life experiences have become fuel for not just her work today, but for how she shows up in the world and lives her life. We know you will take many nourishing breaths through this conversation because Veronica's calmness is so infectious.
