#497 - Monday Motivation:" While We Are Postponing, Life Speeds By."

View descriptionShare

Welcome to another short but empowering episode of Monday Motivation, giving you a dose of inspiration as you head into your week.

Today, I share six words Seneca wrote to his friend Lucilius about two thousand years ago: while we are postponing, life speeds by.

Three key takeaways:

  • Why postponing rarely feels like postponing - from the inside it looks like good judgement
  • How time "speeds by" - not while we wait, but when we look back
  • One tiny action for this week - the smallest possible piece of the thing you keep putting off

You don’t need the whole plan today.

Just do one small piece of the thing you’ve been postponing, and notice which side of the line you’re standing on.

I also share details of my free online workshop, Start Before You're Ready, on Tuesday 29 September at 7pm AEST. You can register here.

As always, I’d LOVE to hear what resonated most with you - so please share and let’s keep the conversation going in the Dream Life Podcast Facebook Group here.

Have a wonderful week ...and remember, it all starts with a dream.

Enjoy!

KK
