How to Trust Yourself and Your Extrasensory Perception: An Interview with Amanda Rieger Green

Published Jan 7, 2025, 8:00 AM

Have you ever just known something was true but you didn’t know how you knew?

Have you ever been inspired to say something or create something but couldn’t explain where that inspiration was coming from?

Have you ever had a flash of insight or information about yourself or another person?

In today’s episode I talk with my friend Amanda Rieger Green,  who also happens to be a psychic medium and a brilliant teacher on astrology and numerology, about how we learn to trust ourselves and our perceptions. Especially when those perceptions fall outside of our typical five senses.

According to Amanda, we all have access to senses beyond the five physical senses, and when we can learn to tune into those senses and trust what comes through, we find ourselves more confident and aligned than ever before.

Creativity and spirituality meet here — at the place where we begin to listen to the unique way god or love or universe wants to speak through us.

I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did. Please be sure to find Amanda’s show called Soul Sessions wherever you listen to podcasts.

Pick up the pieces of your life, put them back together with the word you write. All the beauty and peace and the magic that you'll start too fun when you write your story. You got the words and said, don't you think it's down to let them out and write them down on cold It's all.

About and write your story.

Write, write your story.

Hi, and welcome back to the Write Your Story Podcast. I'm Ali Fallon, I'm your host, and I am so excited to have this guest with me today. This is my friend Amanda Rieger Green, who we've had on the show before, so you know of her, and also she is a fellow member of the same podcast network that I'm a part of, Amy Brown's network. So many of you, probably, based on our last episode, went and followed her and followed her show and have been listening in on all the things that she's teaching. I know, I don't religiously listen to many podcasts, but I do religiously listen to Amanda's podcast, and there's so many things that she talks about all the time that are just such a gift to me, and so I'm really excited to get to share her wisdom with you today. Welcome to the show, Amanda, welcome back.

Thank you, Ali, thank you for the lovely introduction. And it's really good to be on here, my friend, and such an honor that we have this connection. Ali and I just to share with you all have developed this relationship and friendship and it's evolved over the past couple of years, but it's like we feel so intimately connected and we are what I would say, telepathically on the same wavelengths sometimes with each other. And it's been very fun and curious, but yet really comforting for me to have you in my orbit and know that sometimes when I think of you or you're thinking of me, it's magical.

Let's just call it.

It's so magical, and it's so mutual, and you're one of those people. And I know everybody listening probably has someone like this who I don't have to talk to every day in order to feel really closely connected to, and so it's awesome. I can you know, we can go maybe a month or two without talking and then I'll send in a voice memo and you're like, oh my gosh, I was just thinking about you too. It's so crazy that you reached out. So I'm just really grateful for you. I love our friendship and our connection, and I'm so glad to get to have this conversation for the listeners as well.

Today me too, And a big, big shout out and thank you to Amy Brown because Amy and I say this often, but Amy is a beautiful connector of people and friendships and it's a gift. She's like, oh, yeah, you'll need to know each other truly, and we met a while back, but now we're like, oh, she knew we needed to know each other. Now we get why we were supposed to know each other, and now we all get to be connected.

Yes, so good, Thank you Amy. Well. One of the reasons I'm excited to have this conversation is it's the perfect kind of capstone or like cherry on the ice cream on the cake, whatever, of what I've been talking about for all of season three on my podcast. So we wrapped up twenty twenty four with the last episode of season three, and I've been mostly in that season. I've joked, I'm kind of just like rambling through my life, through what's happening in my life because I'm asking a lot of big questions in my life. And by the way, all the episodes that you've shared in twenty twenty four about twenty twenty four being an eight year numerologically and what that means for us. It all just resonates so deeply. So twenty twenty four for me was a lot of wrestling with what does it look like to live in alignment for me? What are my priorities? What is this concept called manifestation that everyone talks about, and can I actually manifest something into the physical. And one of the really big themes that came through for me in the whole season was this idea of trusting myself, trusting my intuition, listening to the deeper voice, you know, to the truer part of me that's trying to speak to me, that really still small voice, sort of the quiet part of me that's trying to give me insights or give me wisdom. And I even shared in one episode about an incident that happened where I felt like a psychic kind of impression dropped into my brain in the kitchen and I texted you and I was like, what the hell is happening to me? Does this mean I'm psychic? And that started a conversation between the two of us about how do we learn to develop those kind of sixth senses or the extrasensory perceptions to things that are not maybe physical tangible, but that are still equally real and there. So that's the conversation that I want to have today. I want to dig into this with you. I know you have a blog post that you wrote on the five s's or the five players, and I want to have you talk about that and talk about you know, you're a psychic medium, You're an intuitive and so I think sometimes, at least for me, I get the feeling like, Okay, well, if I want to know something, I need to text Amanda and ask her, like what's going on in the planets or what's going on in the stars, or what kind of impressions are you getting for me? But I know you've said to me multiple times Ali, you have as much access to that as I do, and we all have kind of different ways of sensing that. And so yeah, let's start there. What are the five Clayers?

Well, first of all, the dialogue around intuition is evolving. We are intuitive by nature. However, it is a sensory gift that is not accessible because it's intangible. We can smell, touch, taste. Here we have those naturally accessible gifts to us. Our intuition is intangible. It's changing, It's an ongoing dialogue. It takes getting still, knowing your own clues, or I like to think of it as a key in a map. You take notes. Oh, when I get this impression, this is what it correlates with. So it takes practice, like building a muscle, and think about this is the way I like to share it. I like to break things down accessibly, especially around intuition. Is it's like going to the gym. If you don't go to the gym for three months, the first you know, three weeks you go, You're like, this is so hard.

It's awful. My muscles, I don't have the muscles. I'm exhausted.

And then three or four weeks in or hope sooner. Sometimes we all know this analogy. All of a sudden you're like, oh, my gosh, I can kind of I have muscles in my arms, Like they're oh, whoa.

This, I'm not as exhausted.

Ooh, I'm looking forward to going to the gym because I feel better mentally, physically, emotionally, whatever it is, Intuition is the same. It's a muscle that if we don't flex it, it will not strengthen. We are all intuitive, and one of the overarching themes of twenty twenty four, but especially twenty twenty five, is embracing our sovereignty, really being able to trust our inner guidance system along with our higher guidance system, our God, our higher power, our soul, our higher consciousness, and interconnecting that with our human experience. While that may sound lofty to me, intuition is the next frontier. We are going to need not only our intuition, but our instincts, being able to trust them and not react but respond to life because it is this fluid, engaging thing. So as far as the Clayers go, anybody out there, if you're working on, gosh, how do I trust my intuition? How do I get into it? One of the simplest ways that I encourage people to focus on it is recognizing your one or two intuitive abilities to communicate. And the Clayers are a simple way to define that. Claire means clear, and you can tack onto that clear audience, clairvoyance, clear sentience, clare cognizance. Those are the simplest Clayers and what you want to realize. And this is like where a light bulb went on for me when I did the Love Languages quiz years ago when my husband and I were getting married, we were doing our pre mariital counseling and we took the Love Language's clip quiz and he figured out his top two and I figured out my top two, and it helped us to understand how we communicate, receive, and translate love. So it was it was like a light It was like, oh, he loves quality time. I love acts of service. He loves physical touch. I love gifts. So those are those are we communicate differently when its yes, okay, it's the same with the Clayers. When you know your top two. And I wish now that I'm saying this, I'm like, I should have a quiz for this. But the blog that I have and we'll link it in the show notes, Ali can link it and like Alley will link it. But it's a good one because it's a roadmap and it'll show you, okay what a this mean.

But we'll walk through them.

But when you know your top one or two, intuitively, those are the muscles you want to practice and the others will start to organically develop. So it's like when you can identify, oh, I'm clear, sentient, Oh I'm clear, audience, those come to me naturally clear cognizance.

I don't get that. That's elusive to me.

Okay, throw those out the window and go to the gym on the muscles that do relate. So let's walk through those clear, audience, And this relates to you and the story.

Yes, you were getting.

Let me share the story really quickly. In case anyone missed that episode, you can also go back this listen to the episode. But essentially what happened is I was getting really sick over and over and over again, dealing with a respiratory issue. I'm standing in the kitchen, you know. I had gone to the doctor and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. And I'm standing in the kitchen doing the dishes, and all of a sudden, this word drops into my brain that I had never heard before. So it was important that the word wasn't like pneumonia, because if it had been pneumonia, I would have been like, well, maybe my brain was just trying to figure out the answer to the problem. But the word that dropped into my brain was pleurisy, which is a word. I didn't know what it meant. I had to go literally get my phone out and google pleurisy, and pleurisy is swelling, an inflammation of the lining of your lungs. So sure enough, I call my doctor, get a chest X ray and I've got walking pneumonia. Get the correct antibiotic and it all clears up. So that's when I texted Amanda and was like, what just happened to me? This is I've never had an experience like this before. But when you pointed out to me that this is Claire audience and you started explaining to me what Claire audience looks like, suddenly I was like, oh, I thought that was just being a writer. This actually has happened to me for my entire life, where words drop into my brain and I turned them into a poem and I share it with people and people are like, wow, this is beautiful. Where did this come from? And I'm like, I don't know. I guess I'm just creative, you know, But it's that's how I have. The relationship that I've had with my art over the years has actually been Claire audience.

I know this is translating for the listeners out there, because there's this aha moment usually with one or two of the Clayers, where where we say, oh, my goodness, I've had this my whole life and I thought it was just and then we rationalize because it's an awareness. And I will explain that with my when we get to clear cognizance with myself. But of course Ali's is clear audience. She's a writer, she teaches people to write, She uses words. Words are important to her. Now clear audience, because there can be a little bit of a misconception. Clear audience is clear hearing, so it is hearing words phrases in your head. Now that can sound a little schizophrenic, because there are some people who are highly clear audience, who hear very clear words, like with the voice of God or a voice I mean, some people are that attuned and gifted where that I literally heard, you know, my soul or God say to me, or my guides or my deceased mother, if it's mediumship, I literally heard them say this phrase these words. There are people that is very a tuned, definitive clear audience, which hello could be frightening.

Yes, And I feel like, especially in the culture we live in that pathologizes these things. I'm not saying schizophrenia isn't also a thing and that you know, mental health issues or mental health issues that need to be treated, but we do live in a culture that has such a skepticism around spiritual ideas that if you're having these experiences, Like even when I texted you about the the plariacy thing, I was like, I literally don't know who else to tell. I don't even feel like I can tell my husband because he's gonna think I'm crazy. So, you know, we have a feeling that if we share this with people, or if we talk about it out loud, that we're crazy, We're gonna get called crazy. And that's a whole other podcast episode. It is.

And I'm all about debunking the crazy and embracing the weird, embracing the crazy because it is this exploring, exploratory journey within ourselves. And my company is called Soul Pathology, And people say, Amanda, that could be misleading, and I'm like, no, I am literally uncovering the mental, emotional, physical, societal pathologies back to our essence and our soul. That is the genesis of where that came from. But if you really resonate with writing in words and things come to you and it's a word or a phrase or a very clear definitive thought, is that is like in words or a sentence, that's clear audience. The other thing with clear audience that could be a misconception is all of us have been in the grocery store out in the world, or talking to a friend over coffee, and you've been asking a question in a discernment process, thinking about something, and all of a sudden, a human being, word for word, validates, clarifies, articulate something you had been thinking about or knowing that about. Now, that can be telepathy, but I want to move away from telepathy. I have been in the grocery store before and been searching around something, thinking, and then I'm in the checkout line and somebody says, oh my goodness. You know they're talking to someone else, not even to me. Yes, we just got a new tahoe this week, and I've been thinking about and this is just I'm arbitrarily making up something. And you turn around and you're like, did you just say you got a new tahoe? Like my husband and I had been looking for a new vehicle for our family, and we were looking at tahoes. Do you like your tahoe? That can be clear audience when you overhear or you are in direct dialogue with someone and they say the words you need to know or hear. It's so it's synchronistic because that is the conversation with intuition. But it can also be the word words that you hear from another person, or a song on the radio.

We all have. We all have, every single Claire. Some are more developed.

I can't tell you how many times I have said to my deceased mother, Mom, just next song that comes on the radio, may it be a message from you? And then it is a song. And then I'm listening to the words of the song and I'm like, oh my gosh, this can't be happening. Nobody's going to believe me. She's not really talking to me. But the words in the song articulate what she would say or what I needed to know. That can also it is using your audible capabilities and sensories and hearings. So it can be the voice in the head, a clear word or phrase. It can be from an external source, but it is your intuition and the synchronization of the cohesion of the energy field and your intuition, getting your attention and working with you. And here's the important thing. With intuition and any of the clayers. We all have a natural tendency to say, no, I'm crazy, that didn't happen, that doesn't mean anything. The more that we do that, the more that we shut the door. So instead instead of responding with eh, that doesn't mean anything, cynicism that will block it. That is a blocker. So instead you go, oh my gosh, this is amazing. You respond with childlike wonder, curiosity, and the other thing about it. And this is what is helpful. When Ali reached out to me and said, Amanda, this is happening, this happened, this is wild.

I was.

I listened to her audio message and I was in pure delight amazement. I got it, I understood it. We communicated around it, Alie sharing and validating her experience even if she thought she was crazy or felt she was crazy. I was a safe space to share that. But I also we engage. That strengthened the muscle too. So having your friendships, relationships sacred or safe spaces where you can say the craziest, wildest thing happened to me. Can I just tell you about it? That is also going to the gem strengthening the muscle. They not just keeping the aha, transcendent mystical moment to yourself, actually demonstrating to the universe, Hey, I want to validate this by sharing it with someone who can hold that space for me. And they may even say, I don't know if that makes sense to me, Ali, but it's it's really more of the demonstration. You're basically writing a pattern or a pathway cohesively in brain and neurological and electromagnetic frequencies of the heart.

Yes. And one thing I will add to that is that I can point to times in my life where I've been more open to receive those that gift of clare audience, which I didn't have a word for it before. Those times in my life I feel the most alive, the most myself, the most at piece, the most at home on my own skin. And I think one of the big reasons that I've just put these pieces together in the last couple of weeks, one of the big reasons that this last season of my life has felt like such a massive struggle is because I was sort of going like to the clare audience part of myself, which I wasn't even calling it that, but I was going like, this is kind of a nuisance, it's in the way, Like just sort of set this over here. I'm going to be a publishing coach because this is how I make my money, and this is how I whatever. This is how my business runs, and this is how we grow the platform, and this is how we reach more people. It wasn't like I was consciously doing that, but I was in a way being like, this is sort of getting in the way. And as I've let more of that in since our conversation, I've been like, oh, this is why I've been in this tension, because this is what I'm here to do. You know, whether I'm coaching people on publishing or not, I don't think really matters. But really what I'm here to do is to listen and to hear and to communicate the messages that come through.

You just express the uncertainty that sometimes comes with intuition. Even though as we strengthen our intuition, the aim or the goal is to get clearer in our intuition. Once we become attuned to it. It can be a bit scary because we enter into change transformation transfiguration where we're evolving. We're in a metamorphosis. So it's like, oh gosh, I'm changing the stuff I thought I believed or knew and it doesn't you know. It can be things that we're talented in, but it's not necessarily our path forward or the path forward is evolving. So intuition and intuitive development can be challenging because it brings up uncertainty and fear, and then we question ourselves more. So it's tricky, but it's almost like treating it like an adventure, a game. And one of the ways before we move on to the claars I encourage anybody to strengthen their intuition is in stuff that doesn't matter, meaning by yourself, stuff that doesn't matter. So here's simple tricks. Everybody can do this stuff, and y'all have a good time with it, and you don't fuss it yourself. When you're wrong, you just laugh and be like, well it's off, not in it. So when you're driving and you've got two or three cars in front of you, you say, Okay, this car's gonna make a left at the next light, like whatever, the next you know, it's the place you drive all the time. I play it in a certain area when I'm driving and like, they're gonna make a left, and sometimes I am I'm like.

Oh they made a left. Oh my gosh, I'm so psychic, you know, I have this moment. I'm like yes. And other times they just keep going straight.

They don't make a left, and so when they don't, I go, Okay, need to practice a little moready to strengthen because I'm going with I don't go back and forth in my head. Okay, they're gonna make a left. They're gonna I go, Are they gonna make a left?

Yes? Are they gonna make a left? Noe?

I go with the immediate visceral yes or no. That's probably one of the biggest keys is if you hesitate, you get in your own objective's mind's way and you throw up a shield, and then it's fifty to fifty whether the car takes a left or right. It's fifty to fifty anyway.

Yeah, Well, it's almost like is my heart deciding this or is my brain deciding it? Because your brain is going to take a minute to weigh all the options totally, but your heart's decision is immediate.

Yes, and so you want to practice the immediate impression of yes or no almost before you finish articulating the question in your mind's eye. It takes practice. As simple one is when you park at the grocery store and there is a green Mini Cooper parked next to you. You literally, as you're walking out, you say that Mini Cooper is not going to be here when I get back, and I know, again, fifty to fifty maybe they're not going to be there.

They're done shopping. But it's not about you.

If you get into the logistics and you start to rationalize it, you don't do it. Don't practice it, cause it's like you're you're blocking it and you're also cynical and trying to create logic. That is the other hemisphere of the brain. That's the hemisphere we are taught to use in every which way. So you say the Mini Cooper will not be here, the Mini Cooper will be here, and you go in, you shop, and you come back and whether if the Mini Cooper is not there, if you say, oh, well, of course they weren't gonna be here, then again, okay, you're a it's a it's a shield. So you want to just play and get out of the logic the rationale, and you go with it. And the more you do it, the more it happens, the more synchronousies and the universe, the energy field, the electromagnetic energy field will respond to you, the more it recognizes that you're open to developing and engaging.

I love that. It's like any relationship, right. If you're shutting someone out or or judging them or criticizing them, they're not gonna open to you. They're not gonna want to be around you. They're not gonna want to spend time with you. But if you are open to someone and you're like I see you, I hear you, I understand you, I believe you, then of course they're going to come around more often, trust you, open to you.

Yeah, it's a game of energy, but it is also extremely real and there are multitude of scientific studies and we can go down rabbit holes of this, but the government has utilized precognition, Claire cognitive saints all these things for years, for years and years since since really World War two. The people are intuitive. It is validated scientifically, and it is developed in a multitude of ways, and it's been shut out and not available to us. It's now it's like this is being debunked, but it is there. So make it playful, make it a game. And if you if you don't guess or into it, I would call it into it. If you don't into it correctly, laugh and be like, Okay, I'm going to keep playing the game. Yeah, I'm gonna keep I'm gonna get I'm gonna keep trying. I'm gonna get more proficient in this, and I'm gonna do it delightfully, have fun, be amazed when I'm amazed, and when I'm wrong, I'm gonna laugh. Because taking the pressure off energetically, mentally, emotionally, stressfully, that helps engage the cohesion of the energy field and the frequencies in your brain and your biology.

I love that.

So next one, Claire sentience and I want to go to this one next, because we are all sensitive. When people say, oh, I'm an impath, where I mean, I'm like, yes, you probably are, and many people are more in tuned impath than others, but we are all impaths. We are all feeling and sensing and engaging with the field at any given time. So if you're like I think I might be an impath, I'm like you are you are.

Yeah, I'm always like you are.

But let's talk about how it's showing up for you, Claire. Sentience clear feeling is usually when you feel something deeply in the body, like your chest gets tight, your back starts to hurt, your jaw tenses up. And with clear sentience, I think it is the simplest one to map out, like to really read the signs of better than any of them. Because let's say you you know, we all have that feeling when we walk into a room, and I'm not talking about social anxiety, where we're like the energy's often here, like ooh, like this feels heavy, or something feels a little bit disconcerting. We all have that perception or awareness. But when you are in an environment or in a dialogue with a friend or a coworker, child, whatever spouse, whatever it may be, and all of a sudden, you feel something in your physical body where the chemicals are changing, Something tightens your jaw, your chest, or your stomach begins to ache. Whatever your tell those are, your tells, whatever your tells are, you know you don't have to disengage in the conversation or be afraid or be worried. But when you have some quiet time to reflect, say is this a healthy relationship that I'm in? Okay, this is my spouse, I know this person well. We exchange energy all the time. But as he was sharing or she was sharing about this, they were in a lot of heightened anxiety and they were afraid. And I started feeling their fear and I felt it directly in my jaw, or I felt it in my c spine, in my neck, or my lower back, or all of a sudden, my right knee started to hurt. You start to say, okay, this person was anxious, and I started feeling their anxiety and it showed up for me in my right knee. Now, while this may be very detail oriented, if you are a deeply feeling person where you feel other people's emotions, the challenging thing with that is being able to feel your own emotions separate from other people people.

Uh yeah, how do you separate those out?

Well?

Clearing the energy field is imperative for any of this stuff. Our energy field, our aura. Just like we take showers and baths on a regular basis or brush our teeth. It is imperative to clear the energy field because think about this logically again, studies have been done around this. The electromagnetic frequencies that are emitted from the heart, the brains. Electromagnetic frequencies don't go much farther out than the actual skull or cranium the hearts. Electromagnific neetic frequencies go out in a massive radius. They basically span your home environment. Now, if you live in a six thousand square foot home, that's pretty successive. But in general, I can't give you the feet or the radius, but I.

Think I've read that it's like ten feet or twelve feet.

Yeah, it's pretty large. Like you don't we don't think about our energy field. So think about sleeping in bed with your dogs, your spouse, your kids. We're commingling energy all the time, sharing energy. So if we are not grounding, cleansing, clearing our oric field on a regular basis, we've got everybody's gunk and stuff, and we engage with tons of people. Whether it is like Ali and I talking right now, we're exchanging energy. We do not need to be in the same place to exchange energetic fields. So it is also it is it is a temporal space and it's an intangible, infinite space. So clearing your energy field is helpful, especially if you are really clear, sentient, and empathic and feel things in the body. But feeling things in the body and knowing what it's showing you is so helpful. So taking notes what am I feeling? And it's not about judging the other person or the situation or needing the answer or outcome. What did this sensation in my body revealed to me? In that experience, you start to do field research, and it takes time and patience and development.

Okay, so can I give you an example so we can get a little deeper into this. So the other day I was having a conversation with my friend about something really challenging she's going through, and what she's experiencing in her life is something similar to what I experienced five or six years ago. When I was listening to her talk, I started to have this like almost like a the feeling of having chills when you have the flu a little bit, like it was like my body was like shaking, and I was like I walked away from the experience. It was very memorable. Because I was like, am I having a trauma response to what she's talking about? I mean not consciously. I wasn't. I wasn't like consciously sitting there remembering like, oh, I went through the same thing she went through, But she was talking about a really specific set of circumstances that I remember also living through that was traumatic for me at the time. So I was like, I'm either having a trauma response to what she's talking about, or I'm coming down with something, which I mean, now it's been a few days and I'm not or something different. And now that you're saying this, it's me me think, well, maybe I was picking up on her energy, But how do we know the difference between I'm picking up on her energy versus this is my energy that got triggered.

Well, the funny thing about it and here's intuition where it's wonky and broad At times, I would say it was both because it was deeply, vastly familiar to you in your cellular memory, your muscle memory, your trauma response. It was something you're like, I've walked through this, I've been there, So of course it is triggering awakening things that are familiar to you that you carry in your body. Secondly, you were probably also intuitively picking up on all the fears, all the things from her, so both and on that one. And secondly, here's the deal wherever that showed up for you in your the chills, for instance, that is like, okay, like my body is processing, my body is healing, and when I get chills, whether it's something related to me, and I don't mean when you have a fever, when you have the flu. When you get that kind of shaking tremor's chills, it means it can mean trauma danger alert alert. In like, so, let's say you and your kids are going to the movie over the holidays, and it's hustle and bustle and all the things in your mom and you're taking them there and you pull into the parking lot and all of a sudden, you start shaking. And I'm not saying we live in fear and reactiveness, but it's like, what do you say right then?

Do you say I.

Don't think we should go to this movie, or you can say that if that if that is the gut, like wait a minute, something feels off about this, y'all. Let's go to the movie tomorrow. Let's go have dinner instead, Like you can redirect it that way. But the other response can be this because you can change energy. This is manifestation, by the way, and this is something. The way it works, you feel the chills, you feel the trem something bad might happen, something is traumatic, something is something is not right about this. You sit there and you breathe, and you say, I am safe, we are safe, We're exactly where we need to be. This is going to be a delightful response. And if you continue to shake and have wonky feelings, then maybe you'll go eat dinner instead. But also you can rewrite programming and rewrite a scenario where you might have just missed something by five minutes, and again, will you ever know if it was true or not. It's like, you know, when we lose our keys. It's a Monday morning and you know, you spill your coffee, you lose your keys, and it's you know, yeah, And we can either look at that like, oh, it's a wonky Monday morning and nothing is happening correct, right, Like I can't get it together. This is frustrating, or you could say maybe the universe was stalling me. Five ten fifteen minutes because there might have been an accident and you may never know, or you may drive up on that accident. And we're not wishing anything ugly on others. But the universe prove this mercy. So again, this is stuff. There is no perfect roadmap. Everybody's energetic signature is different. But the more that you think curiously and openly and recognize your sovereignty, your power, the power of your energetic field. And I'll give you an example with that. Years and years ago, in my twenties, I would travel every week for work. I'd be on a plane and every time I'd get on the plane, I'd say my prayers and I would have this prayer, you know, God, keep everyone on the plane safe, the pilot safe, mes safe. Maybe please get to our destination, you know. I would say a prayer quietly on the plane. While I was on a plane every week, on and off in connections. So I got to where I would get on the plane and all of a sudden, I would in my mind's eye.

I don't know how this happened, but I.

Would say safe and literally like I have this energy that just when I say safe, it runs through my body and it's basically the whole prayer that I'd just said is what I was saying in one word, in one feeling.

It was like shooting my power out.

Wow.

And I started doing that, I'd be like safe, like safe, thank you, safe, thank you, and I would feel it like run down my spine. Well, I have done that for twenty five years probably now when I get on a plane and I'm like safe, and if I can't feel the feeling, it may take me a minute, like it may take me three times to feel the electric magnetic charge run through my body. But if for any reason, if they are closing the cabin door and I've said safe fifteen times and I can't feel it, I would probably say something's not right, like I would say, but I've never had that happen. But sometimes I have to say safe two or three times, and other times I say it boom, it runs through. But it's also it's like a game and a prayer and an intention. And again, will I ever have the hard evidence to prove to you that that's working.

No, But guess what, I believe it.

I know it innately in my bones, and to me it's like safe.

We are all safe. Everything is safe. Everyone is safe. We are safe.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. And then I like relax and I, you know, order my diet, coke or whatever.

I safely.

I love it, and I fly safely. And I tell you what, I have really incredible airport karma. People talk about delays and this and that. My airport experiences ninety seven percent of the time, I have the easiest. Like I walk through security. There is something I have conditioned in that environment through years of conditioning. I rarely run into setbacks and delays, and I have a few times, but it's very rare for me to have weird flight stuff, delays, stuff that is exhausting, and we've all gone through it.

I have.

But yeah, yeah, So if you're.

Clear, sentient, if you are really a deep feeler, start collecting the data, start paying attention and not being afraid. And you can also say to yourself, let's say there's tension in the jaw in a certain scenario, or you're feeling tension your jaw, You massage the jaw, you connect with it, and you say, show me what this means. It's it is literal tension in the jaw. So there's tension in my body, show me what this tension is. Start helping me connect my dots so I can discern this. I can really decode the meaning and understand it. And again, it is evolving, and it takes practice. It's not easy, and it also requires time, attention, focus, consistency, and I don't just sit around practicing intuition every day. It's like lifestyle and natural to me. Now all of these things, I do them when they intuitively come. Oh, Iman, at your jaws time. Oh that's connected to this. Yeah, you know those kinds of things.

Okay, we need to move on to the next one, but I want to say this really quickly first before we do, because it's just wild that this is how intuitive that you are. That this friend who I was talking to about this issue she's going through is having jaw problems. So that was her physical response to talking about whatever, and mine was to have this feeling of chills. So wow, you just literally picked up on that without even knowing you were picking up on that.

And it's funny because I'm like, it keeps taking me to my jaw and my jaw is tight, and I'm like, this is not my stuff, but I'm like I can feel like talking.

Ten minutes about jaw pain and that is wild that you've brought Anyway, I wanted to.

Say, that's her trauma responses, and so you can share with her, hey, you know talking about that. Just remind her to you know, release the tongue from the roof of the mouth, open and close the jaw. Ask for what this is showing her. And also it could be some sort of cellular memory around some other experience that is coming up for her to heal. And of course it's connected to it's the jaw, so it's connected to the throat chakra, her voice speaking her truth. So there are so many connections like if it's tension in your heart, heart chakra, if it's gut stuff, solar plexus, if it is female related, or just you know the organs, the you know, the bladder, the kidneys, the reproductive organ, sacral if it's low or spine, if it's limbs, bones, joints, root, chakra, brain is third eye. I mean, it's like, it's all, it's so incredibly amazing. Once you start to see this stuff and it starts to heal and clarify, once it clicks, it starts clicking faster, better, truer, easier, more accessibly.

Oh awesome. Okay, So clare audience, clarcentience.

Let's do clairvoyance because that's the big you know, everybody's like clairvoyant.

I'm clairvoyant. Okay.

Clairvoyant is my least like out of all. I am intuitive, precognitive, telepathic, highly clear, cognizant. That's my go to and we'll talk about it in a minute, but clairvoyant is my most difficult one to strengthen.

Interesting, okay.

Clairvoyance is literally clear seeing, and people who are clear seeing literally almost throw up when you say you're doing a guided meditation. Imagine that you're walking through a beautiful glen and there's birds and a stream. Like literally, clairvoyant people can see that easily in their mind's eye, like a projection. They can imagine. It is the gift of imagination, which is part of clear voyance and imperative to consciously co creating and manifesting. I mean, it is the one you want to use. But if you have vivid dreams, like if you remember your dreams, that is a form of clearvoyance because you see and remember and comprehend. You may not know exactly what it means, but that is sometimes clearvoyance, but being able to imagine, to see things like on a projector or a movie screen, to in vision something, to be able to access that ability to imagine or envision, that is clear voyance, seeing things playing out on a screen and seeing it in your mind's eye. Wow, that is where clairvoyance comes in the other like now on the mundane side of clairvoyance, just like we were talking about with Claire Audience and being in the grocery store overhearing somebody that says something you needed to hear or you were curious about whatever. Let's say you're watching a TV show or a movie or you are. That's gonna sound far reaching, but I've seen it happen multiple times with people. You're scrolling social media and an AD pops up for something. It is literally clear seeing. So it is also seeing in the material world. It's seeing in your mind's eye, but it's also seeing something that's almost like a synchronicity that I was just thinking about that. I have a really good client and we were actually on the phone yesterday and I don't know, two years ago, I said something like, gosh, there's these ladybugs around you all these ladybugs and she lives in a hustle bustle city, not anywhere near nature all the things. And we were joking about it and I was like, well, you'll see a ladybug. Like, ladybugs are all over the place. So she called me that evening. She said, Amanda, I was out at this like doing X Y Z at this park and there was this little girl dressed up as a ladybug. And she said, I started laughing, and there I saw it. She calls me two days later and she says, you are not going to believe this. And I was like, yeah, well, you know, I will tell me, tell me more, like I gotta know. She says, I wake up in the middle of the night, I couldn't sleep, and I was scrolling something and all of a sudden, this advertisement came up for a ladybug bathroom.

She says.

There was a ladybug toilet cover, a Ladybug dispensary for the toilet paper, ladybug wallpaper, ladybug knobs on the thing.

She said, it was a whole ladybug bathroom. Who has that? Who does that?

And so we were laughing about it because a it was synchronicity. The field engaging, but she is very clear. She sees things clearly in her mind, but she will also see them irl in real life.

So clairvoyance can be like you say ladybug to her and then she almost like projections seeing ladybug and starts seeing it everywhere.

Yes, and she did it recently because she said, Amanda, I just used ladybug as my sign. And she said to me, she said, Amanda, I hadn't used it in a while. And I thought, well, show me some ladybugs if this is the case, because it's so absurd. But I'm open, she said, Amanda. I was doing something and there was this whole dissertation on fifty kinds of species of ladybugs that popped up on my screen as a research article.

She said, I can't make this stuff.

That's wild.

And this person is really grounded, ridiculously intelligent, Like the most unsuspecting person has the most clairvoyant magic I have ever seen. So there are people when their clairvoyance is turned on, if they can see it in their mind's eye, they can create it in reality and they are cra manifestors and co creators.

Okay, it makes me think of this summer, I was at the beach with my friend Mary. I got away for a couple of days and took my daughter with me, and I was telling Mary because I was like right in the middle of some real hard stuff at the time, and I was telling her, I'm like, this whole manifestation stuff is just bullshit. It doesn't work. I've been you know, I'm trying to do it and it's not working. And I'm like, I've done everything right, I've read all the books, I've done all the things. And she was like basically saying, it does work, Allie. You just you know you're in the midst of a hard time. So she gave me this challenge to pick something that I wanted to see when we left our little apartment at the beach, and I can't remember, there was a long conversation around it. So I picked twins. That's what I wanted to see. I wanted to see twins. And I'm certain that the fact that this happened was like part of her energetic support, because I went into this going like, there's no way on God's green Earth that I'm going to walk out there and see a set of twins. But so I picked twin girls, and I wanted them to be babies or kids. And we literally an hour and a half later we went to dinner. We walked, you know, walk, went down on the beach to walk, and sure enough, we walked right past a pair of twin little girls like two and a half or three years old, and it was like a cool She basically was saying what you're saying, which is like, Hey, if you're trying to manifest this big thing and it's not coming through into the physical, maybe start with something smaller. Visualize it in your head, you know, see it, see it, see it, see it, see it in the field, and then go out into the world and you'll see it show up in the physical.

So manifestation co creation is very much connected to belief, and not just belief in your cognition, belief in the deep subconscious. So if you are manifesting something that is unbelievable to you, Let's say, you know, you make eight thousand dollars a month and you really want to make fifty thousand dollars a month. Is that believable to you or would you just be over the moon if you made ten thousand dollars next month and then you could grow it to twelve thousand if you take these ridiculous leaps and it does not match up synergistically with your unconscious and what is believable the twins while it was like these aren't going to show up, but I'm not attached to it.

If you didn't see them.

It wasn't going to be the end of your world. But it was believable enough you could grasp it, you could believe it. So again, manifestation, it really is connected to beliefs and also incremental in ways. Now people who have engaged with us and do this well and often they're better at it. They're bigger, they can take bigger quantum leaps, and not that quantum leaps in manifestation don't just happen right time, right place energy. But really you want to practice with believable things, just like me saying strengthening your intuition, why is this car going to go straight or turn less? You know, like that's believable that they could take a left, and like that is simple. So those things add into you strengthening your belief in your ability to into it, to manifest They're very interconnected.

That just lands on my system really nicely too. To think about it as like even the manifestation thing is strengthening a muscle. It's like, start with something small that you're not attached to.

Have fun with it.

It's really about playfully engaging and getting excited because they're chemicals that are released when we smile, when we get excited, when we're.

Like, oh, oh my gosh, this is amazing.

Like that energy is so different than h that's so annoying that it didn't happen. I mean, there is a complete different chemical response in those two. And intuition engages with alignment mind, body, spirit, emotional chemical, physiological alignment that is energetic and cohesive versus what's incohesive. So strengthening and playing with things that are not do like do or die kind of energy is where the juice is, where the gem, the gem working those muscles is. So we'll move on to the next one, which is clear cognisance, which is my primary gift apart from being a psychic medium connecting with deceased loved ones. Really before everything, it is clear cognisance, and cognisance is knowing, cognition, awareness. It is all related to the brain as far as its intelligence and its consciousness.

So it is the most elusive.

Yet when I explain it, there will be people out there that be like, yeah, I'm clear cognisance. I get it, because it's very elusive. So clear cognisance is clear cognition, clear knowing when you just know something.

It's not the.

Phrase like ali pleurisy, Like it's not a word, it's just it's a deep it's like belief and knowing. So it's elusive. It's a bit philosophical, like it's like I know this, I get I feel I know it, and it can be almost the combination of all. I feel it in my bones, even though you may not feel it in your body. It's like you feel I know. It's clear knowing. So for me, when I would be in meetings, whether I was in a classroom in my you know, younger ages like from elementary school, if I was at family functions, if I was in a meeting in a boardroom with people, if I was having a meeting. I literally I am very telepathic, so I can hear people's thoughts. And while that may sound incredible, it is really a very challenging gift. I'm a sensitive human. I'm actually not nosy most people that know me, I'm not a gossip and I'm not nosy like that is just those are not my go tos, and I think it's probably why my gift is the way it is. But I can hear people's voices, but literally I would be in a meeting and I would know how to con the meeting not only based on my intellect, experience or what I was bringing to the table or my preparation. I would know, oh, I need to talk about this now. I need to talk about this now. And it was because I could hear sometimes people's chatter, but deeper than that, my clear cognisance was I could feel and know the energy of the room in the direction in which the conversation needed to go. Because I just intuitive I knew how to do the dance and listen to it. And when I realized I was clai cognisance, I was like everybody doesn't have Like everybody doesn't just hear people's voices. And again, clare cognisance is not hearing voices. That is where my gift was confusing, because it was telepathy and clear cognisance. But also when my telepathy wasn't high, could I just knew how to direct something intuitively in the moment. I find that people in numerology, and I have lots of episodes on numerology and how to decode that in blogs. But people who have heavy three energy in their numerology, whether it's their attitude, life path, soul, urge threes are usually very clear cognisant because they are present in the moment and they just know things based on their environment or.

What's going on, you know.

Or you can be alone driving and all of a sudden, oh, I need to call so and so, and it may be a little bit telepathic or clear cognisant. So again, it's even more elusive. But the people who have that clear like I know it, like I knew to do this, I just knew. I don't know how I knew, but I knew. That's clear cognisance.

So amazing. I mean, just honestly, I could talk to you about this for three more hours because there's so much that we could unpack, and maybe we'll have you back on the show again. But thank you so much for all of this, for sharing with us, and just for unpacking these different clayers. I can already see kind of which ones I tend toward and already think of all kinds of ways that I'm going to start exercising those muscles. And I know that the more open I become to these gifts, the more clear my life path will become, the more confident that I'll feel, the stronger that I'll feel, and the choices that I'm making. And I can't think of a better way to start off twenty twenty five than connecting to those gifts. So thank you for sharing your gift with us. Thank you for being here, Amanda. I'm just such a huge fan of you. And either way, those of you who are listening, if you don't already follow Amanda on Instagram or follow her show Soul Sessions, go search for her show right now while you're in the app wherever you listen to podcasts, go search for it and just hit that follow button and follow the show because you will not regret it every time she publishes an episode. I was just telling her before we started recording, I was listening to her latest episode last night while I was driving and having big feelings about it, but just really learning so much about myself and this period of time that I've been in, so so go follow her show, go follow her on Instagram. You won't regret her.

Thank you allie, and thank you for having me on or anyone out there. Can developing your intuition feel overwhelming, Heck yes, it can make it playful and a game. And don't be an overachiever, like I've got to know, I've got to develop it now. It's incremental, So being playful and whatever resonated with you the most, be honest with yourself. Don't be like, but I want to be clairvoyant, you know, like, don't go to the one that's the hardest, because that's kind of our natural inclination. Like, let me strengthen the stuff that is weaker. I mean, like, if it is clear sentience and you know you feel things in your body, practice there the other ones will start to click, connect and flow. Use the low hanging fruit. It is about simplifying and using the low hanging fruit and doing it playfully without pressure, because before you know it, you'll start getting deeper, truer impressions that do relate to your growth, your personal development, and you'll start to learn. And lastly, I will say, like for me being intuitive, I know my intuition. I know it pretty well. But there are times where sometimes it's just the chatter in my head, my ego, it's an old story or program playing. And when I can tell that that's going on and it is clouding my innate intuition, my innate self, that's when I ask for help. I go to my spiritual mentors or people in my life who are of sound safe reflection for me and say, hey, I'm really discerning this right now and I can't trust myself. Can you help me reflect some things back that I may not be able to see because I'm human and I'm clouded. So I do not always I know when to not trust my intuition because it comes with ego and fear, and I can feel that either in my body and it's like, Nope, Amanda, you don't need to be asking your intuition for this. You need to ask for some support, guidance and help with your trusted people, with your sacred people, wherever that may show up for you. So just remember that while developing our intuition is incredible and very important, we need other people and also the sharing of that creates like it just I don't know the dialogue of having sacred relationships that can help us grow. It uplifts and shifts the vibration of our whole planet and our whole personal experience.

It truly does, and you're one of those people. For me, Amanda, I just didn't such a huge I mean, I'm a fan of yours, like a fangirl like I listened to your show, but also just a fan of you as a human being and love you so much and have so much gratitude for the support that you've offered to me in the last several months especially, but over the course of the last few years that we've known each other. Thank you for being a friend, Thank you for being here. Love you.

Thank you.

Like I and everyone out there, I feel the exist I'm like a fangirl of Ali. I'm like she's and I want to share this as we close cause it's really important. So the first time I met Ali, we were in Nashville and Amy Brown had an event and I got to just peripherally interact with Ali a little bit. I'd heard about Ali from Amy and from her sister because they had done writing retreat with you, and so I had heard about you for like a year prior to that, and then got to meet you. But I was watching Allie on stage with Amy, and I remember being like, WHOA.

She's brilliant.

Wow, she knows so much, Like I was like having like I was mesmerized by you, and I don't get like I was. I was enjoying you so much. And it wasn't like, oh, I'm going to be friends with her. I was like, Wow, she's got something.

Whoa.

And now to like flash forward to time later, I'm like, oh my gosh, she's my friend.

You know, I think, I think, and I'm like and I do.

I just appreciate you and I know your listeners because I listen to you too, and you have all these gifts and also you are so beautifully articulate and I it's like, yep, that's the word I needed. Oh she explained this so clearly, and I couldn't get the words out in my head. So I'm sharing that not only for my appreciation for you, and like the closeness we have on a soul level, Like this is the kind of stuff when you know your tribe. And that's that's what I want to close with for everyone, is when you have connections with people, like Ali said, we can pick up the phone after a couple of months and connect and it's like we were on the same wavelength. That's when you know there's a deeper connection than just the material word. You're like, gosh, we know each other on it like we know each other and that's how I feel about you. And I'm like, oh, yes, I'm so grateful that we get to be on this journey together.

So grateful. Thank you so much. Love you, Amanda, Love you too.
