Yes you want to do the right thing by your customers but to what extent? You cannot sacrifice your business goals, your bottom line and your staff culture just to keep the customer happy at all costs. Sometimes you can bend to meet their needs if you’re not compromising too much but keep the customer is not always right and sometimes they need to just take a hike!
