Hey, guys, what's up. It's Joanna. Um. Well, there's no episode this week because it is the fourth of July. It's my favorite holiday ever, so I'm taking the week off. The most recent one that I love is full Frontal with Austin Nichols. I mean, he goes there about going fully nude on his show Minx, and of course we talk about One Tree Hill. And then again my best friend Julie Solomon, She's a part of my queendom. She just schools us on amazing conversations about getting what you want. We all know what we don't want, so what do we want? Move past the chaos. That's a great one. Another one that's great um is The Man of the House with Josh Pack. He is um an actor from Drake and Josh and he talks about his life, addictions and how he's been able to show up today in his life. Those are just some episodes, but hey, there's a lot more.
