Ezra explains that even with his athletic background, learning to dance takes totally different types of movement, so his muscle memory ends up working against him. 

He shares the story of how he went from the Paralympic Games to competing on DWTS, and we find out the single piece of advice that Ezra could share to help young boys grow up confident and motivated.
