Evangeline is the Program Director of the Nutrition and Food Sciences Degree and an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Sports Dietitian (AccSD) with experience in clinical dietetics and teaching. In 2021, she was appointed to the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Dietary Guidelines Expert Review Committee. 

Passionate about sharing nutritional science with the public, Evangeline is a sought-after speaker and media communicator across radio, TV, and print. She’s also an author, editor, and contributor to The Conversation. 

Evangeline’s research interests span fats, sports nutrition, the Mediterranean diet, and the intersection of food, the environment, and sustainability.
