Perimenopause, also known as puberty II, unfairly comes at a time when many women are raising young people going through puberty I! Whether you're a parent or not, it can be an extremely difficult season of life. More difficult without an understanding of the changing nature of women's hormones and the way this can impact almost every aspect of our thinking and physiology including our bones, our muscles, our tendons, our confidence and our identity.
