On this bonus episode of "Voices of Taos," Tempo editor Lynne Robinson talks with award winning photographer Donald Graham.
Graham’s latest show, Taos Icons, opens September 10 at Taos Art Museum at Fechin House. It features eight portraits taken over the last 20 years of iconic Taoseños – people who have helped make Taos what it is today. The portraits have been taken from the most recent book of his work, published in 2021.
Donald and Lynne talk about the upcoming show, how Donald chooses his subjects and why he enjoys shooting in his signature minimalistic style. They also talk about what drew him to Taos as well as his other love, swimming.
