Kelly records a phone call with dear friend, Cassidy Bentley asking for advice on teaching young girls they are beautiful as they are. Cassidy shares two daughters with country music star, Dierks Bentley and Kelly is now dating a man with two young daughters. Kelly asks Cassidy advice on finding the balance between feeling good on the outside while teaching the girls to love who they are on the inside.
