Exercise Physiologist, Dietician, Entrepreneur and Educator Kate Save and I had a fun time agreeing and disagreeing on the current state of affairs in Australia, when it comes to all things health, wellness, marketing, education and longevity. We even came up with a couple of ideas that could become real-life somethings, not just theoretical conversation pieces on a podcast. We might need a bit of help getting them off the ground, but at least the wheels are turning. This was fun. I loved it.

His work explores how metabolism, nutrition, exercise, sleep and therapeutic ketosis can influence brain function and mental health, particularly in conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Not surprisingly, I loved this chat.
