Recently, after more than 6 months of procrastination, I was finally ready to go the death process and start stepping into my new identity.  A part of me knew that this is all a part of the journey, but there's was also a part of me that was afraid… afraid of the unknown and the discomfort of stepping into something new.  I thought I'd share my experience and hopefully this will provide the encouragement for some of you who are also hesitating.

Early on in her career she wasn o stranger to burnout from work.  Having experienced a quarter life crisis in her early 30s, Lala burnt everything down and started from scratch.

隨著家裡老一輩的慢慢的邁入７０，我們也開始慢慢在思考要如何協助他們健康的踏入晚年。史考特和我家裡都有老年記憶衰退的病例。史考特的媽媽，最近也出現了記憶嚴重衰退的跡象。因為如此，我開始對老年癡呆進行研究。我發現，其實，藉由小小的飲食上的改變，每個人都可以輕鬆地增加我們的記憶力，並減緩大腦的衰退。最棒的是，這對很多大腦提前衰退的年輕人也是很有幫助的。
