The persistent water cuts have cast a shadow over the agriculture sector, exacerbating concerns about food scarcity, driving up prices and limiting access to essential staples for many households. These water shortages severely impact farmers, hindering their ability to irrigate crops and sustain livestock. We spoke to Wiaan Smit, Chief Executive Officer of Al Mabroor.
