Over the past week, we have witnessed a march organized on social media and led largely by Gen-Z Kenyans who have live-streamed the demonstrations against the government's fiscal policies, which many Kenyans believe disproportionately burden the lower and middle classes while failing to address systemic economic issues. Amidst escalating tensions, allegations of abductions and heavy-handed responses by authorities have further exacerbated the call to action, highlighting the urgent need for dialogue and resolution.
