Welcome back to another episode of the Space Our Mindfulness podcast for everyone. Do you want to wake up with more energy? Gosh don't we? All? Of course, physical factors come into play, but it's also down to our mindset. Tonight's meditation is designed to help you feel more vibrant when you wake up in the morning, ready to rise and shine. Let's set you up for success. This is a great meditation to do in bed or when you're winding down in the evening. If you're worried about falling asleep, sit up in bed, take a few moments to feel grateful for your setup. I am so comfortable. Close your eyes. If it feels good for you, start to breathe in and out through your nose. For the next few minutes. There's nowhere else you need to be. Did you know there are science backed benefits of watching the sunrise. It can improve your mood and help inflammation. Anecdotally, it can also put our problems in perspective. Sunrise symbolizes a brand new day. We're going to tap into that feeling for the next few minutes. Rest your mind on this affirmation. As the sun rises, so does my energy. You can repeat it out loud or in your head, letting the words sink into your subconscious As the sun rises, so does my energy. Notice how the phrase feels in your body. Can it bring you a feeling of hope that you can wake up feeling more vibrant For the last few breaths, imagine the sun's setting in your mind, knowing it's going to rise with a joy in the morning. If you're ready to fall asleep, or you can stay right here. If you're still hare to brush your teeth, you can open your eyes
