How many tasks do you use your bed for that AREN'T sleep. All these things, TikTok scrolling, reading, breakfast-in-bed, could actually be messing up the quality of your sleep through the night. With advice from psychotherapist Annie Miller we want to challenge you to use your bed for sleep, just sleep, and nothing but sleep (try f*cking in the bathroom – it’s better for your co-ordination and adds a little SpIcE).
