This episode looks at a recent randomised controlled trial in humans on the impact of Omega-3 fatty acids on brain structure and function and overall metabolic health. It was a beautifully designed study which, for me, absolutely puts an end to the debate on whether we should be supplementing with Omega 3 fatty acids.
