Six years ago, Olivia was driving between clients with everything in her car, sometimes breastfeeding her four-month-old between sessions.

Today? She leads a team of 12 clinicians, runs a thriving clinic space, and has expanded into a second venture supporting neurodivergent students in schools. Oh and she’s had another child.

But what I love most about Olivia isn’t the growth.

In this week’s episode, I continue my four-part series on the core pillars of success for women in business. This week I’m focusing on mindset.

Mindset isn’t about fixing yourself or forcing positivity. It’s about how you navigate your inner world when things wobble…. because they will! Especially when you’re holding a lot.

I explore why mindset work is particularly critical for women, the subtle ways self-doubt shows up at leadership level, and how seemingly harmless thoughts can quietly stall momentum if left unchecked.

We talk about the difference between a normal mindset dip and a full-blown spiral, why resistance often appears right before growth, and how resilience is the real skillset founders need to cultivate.

I also share practical reflections on rest, boundaries, self-coaching, and why fun and pleasure are often the missing strategic levers in high-performing women’s lives.
