Not just physically, but across my business, finances, relationships and life.
And the more I pursue it this year, the more I realise something important: peak health isn’t created through big dramatic changes or heroic bursts of motivation.
It’s built through small, consistent habits layered day after day.
In this episode, I’m sharing seven of the micro habits that support my energy, mindset, and resilience… from the ones I’ve practised for over 15 years to a few I’ve added more recently.
