My 2025 Biz Highs & Lows

My word for this year is “peak health”.

Not just physically, but across my business, finances, relationships and life.

And the more I pursue it this year, the more I realise something important: peak health isn’t created through big dramatic changes or heroic bursts of motivation.

It’s built through small, consistent habits layered day after day.

In this episode, I’m sharing seven of the micro habits that support my energy, mindset, and resilience… from the ones I’ve practised for over 15 years to a few I’ve added more recently.

These aren’t performative or overly laborious wellness routines. They’re the small things I do consistently behind the scenes that help me feel clearer, stronger and more grounded as I build my business and life.

After eight years mentoring female founders, and working with thousands of women through retreats, programs and private mentoring, I’ve started to notice something pretty striking.

The businesses may be very different. The women themselves certainly are. Yet the same patterns tend to surface again and again.
