Self-mastery is the ability to self-control and build an attitude to tackle life through mindfulness. These tools can be acquired through observation and practice.
In my life I have mostly learnt these tools through observing life and penning down my thoughts. Which off late I have started sharing in my podcast and YouTube channel.
