പണ്ടുപണ്ട് പ്രാചീന ഇറാനിൽ അഥവാ പേർഷ്യയിൽ നടക്കുന്ന കഥയാണ് ഇത്. അവിടെ വളരെ ധീരനായ ഒരു യോദ്ധാവ് ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു. സാം എന്നായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പേര്. അങ്ങനെയിരിക്കെ സാമിന്റെ ഭാര്യ ഗർഭിണിയായി. മാസങ്ങൾക്കുശേഷം അവർ ഒരു ശിശുവിനെ പ്രസവിച്ചു. സുന്ദരനായ ഒരു ശിശുവായിരുന്നു അത്. പക്ഷേ ഒരു പ്രത്യേകത, ആ ശിശുവിന് നല്ല വെളുത്ത തലമുടിയായിരുന്നു. സാമിനു ഭയമായി. കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ വെളുത്ത തലമുടി അശുഭലക്ഷണമാണെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം കരുതി. ഇവിടെ സംസാരിക്കുന്നത് പ്രിനു പ്രഭാകരൻ, Script: എസ്. അശ്വിൻ

The legend of Zal tells the story of a boy abandoned by his father, Sam, in ancient Iran due to his unusual white hair.
