You'd maybe think after doing a radio show with Matty McLean every single day for years we'd have run out of things to talk about, but clearly you don't know how much we love talking!

This week I'm chatting with my dear friend about his recent move to the countryside with his husband Ryan, his high school experience, the difficulty of coming out in the public eye and so so much more!

This was such a great opportunity for a deep and meaningful with Matty, and a chance to chat about things we usually don't have a chance to talk about on the radio and I really hope you enjoy it!

How she had to pull herself out off her self destructive behaviour, getting sober and learning to forgive herself. Rebuilding her relationships with not only her mother and faith but also herself.

She also talks to me about the creative pursuit in motherhood and the importance of expressing yourself.
