Sophie Hurley is a dear old friend of mine, ever since we went to primary school together. But more importantly, she's the founder of the luxury wool brand Honest Wolf. 

After going to a friend's wedding together last weekend I decided to get Soph back on the podcast to chat about her experience moving from the big city to rural NZ, how much Honest Wolf has grown in the past few years, and of course reminisce over the good old days.

Irish-New Zealand author and broadcaster Noelle McCarthy, joins me to discuss what its like to run away from Ireland and moving to New Zealand. How she had to pull herself out off her self destructive behaviour, getting sober and learning to forgive herself. Rebuilding her relationships with not only her mother and faith but also herself.

She also talks to me about the creative pursuit in motherhood and the importance of expressing yourself.

Annie Maillard is a registered psychologist and formely a chartered psychologist in the UK, plus a trained psychometrician. 

In the episode, Annie gives me an important reminder to slow down after what has been a hectic few weeks, plus some super helpful tips on what to do when you're feeling overwhelmed.
