Living actively and participating in regular exercise is always a key component to staying healthy and mobile longer as you age. However, this can also take a toll on your body physically over time if you don't take care of yourself and omit to listen to what your body is telling you when you exercise. Ignoring the important nuances that your body is signaling to you can create problems and injury if not made a priority.
