Would you rather be a big fish in a small pond or a small fish in a big pond?

I'm all for leaping into that big pond and rubbing shoulders with the big fish myself. However, what happens to our perception of ourselves and our progress once we go ahead and immerse ourselves in that mighty vast pond? 

This week I came across some stats on female podcasters and it had me reflecting on my own experience as a podcaster and the ebbs and flows of how I have felt about and viewed my journey along the way. 

This is a punchy little banter about just that... and a hopefully encouraging 'go-get-it-sisters' to all the brilliant women out there doing, about to do, or wanting to do something great!
