Over a decade ago Nathan emerged from some serious time developing his own movement and training regimes and rolled out ZUU to the masses across the globe. Movement he describes as magic and I'd have to agree that those willing to give it a go are sure to agree. 

Nathan shares with me today what lead him to develop ZUU. We talk about how human connection and culture drives health and resilience... And well, as of the day this EP drops I'll be commencing my 30 day Spitphase (you'll hear about it in the ep) and I'm truly terrified.
