Lisa Hardeman is one hell of a woman. Introduced to be by Mark Thomas of The Code 9 Foundation. Lisa is a Commander with Victoria Police and a pioneer and leader in women's football, as in a significant leader.

Lisa has lived and succeeded in her professional and sporting lives, which were traditionally male dominated industries. In the process Lisa has been able to influence and cause significant positive change.

Some of Lisa's achievements:
- Victoria Police Sporting Hall of Fame in 2017
- Australian Police Medal in 2018
- Victorian Honour Role of Women in 2019
- AFL - Australian Football League Life Member in 2023 (one of only four women to do so)
- A swag of football premierships and accolades (yeh to many to mention!!).

This is a really cool chat that we recorded for The Code 9 Foundation, and much respect to Commander Hardeman for all that she has achieved in both her sporting and professional life.
