Our guest, Minky van der Walt, from Tempo Therapy, works with health and education professionals to shift their experience, particularly during times of high stress. Minky is a qualified music therapist and guided imagery therapist with a special interest in working with helping professionals.
This episode looks at how the brain works to try and protect us during high stress times, but how that can backfire when stress is maintained over long periods, like the last two years!
