The results of these reviews have been pivotal in guiding my choice (I’m buying it!).

Your patients do exactly the same thing before coming to see you.

They read reviews, check out your social networks, ask their friends and visit your website. 

This kind of research was coined the “zero moment of truth” (ZMOT) from a Google exec about 10 years ago.
