ആരാണ് ചിങ്കു ജെസിബി? അവനൊരു പാവത്താനായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ ഇപ്പോൾ അവനൊരു കില്ലാടിയാണ്. അതെങ്ങനെ? ആ കഥയാണ് ഇത്. പലയിടങ്ങളിൽ മണ്ണ് മാന്താനും ആർക്കും വേണ്ടാത്ത കുളങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും ചെളിയൊക്കെ കോരിമാറ്റാനും പോകുന്നതായിക്കരുന്നു ചിങ്കു ജെസിബിയുടെ പണി. ഏതൊരു ജെസിബിയെയും പോലെ വലിയ പർവതങ്ങൾ തുരക്കാനും പടുമരങ്ങൾ കടപുഴക്കി എറിയാനുമൊക്കെ ചിങ്കുവിനും ആഗ്രം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ഇവനൊരു പേടിക്കാരൻ ആയതുകൊണ്ട് അങ്ങനെയുള്ള വലിയ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങൾക്കൊന്നും ആരും ചിങ്കുവിനെ വിളിക്കാറില്ലായിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെയിരിക്കെ ഒരു ദിവസം ചിങ്കു റോഡിനരികിലൂടെ മെല്ലെ മെല്ലെ ഇങ്ങനെ പോകുകയായിരുന്നു. അപ്പോൾ റോഡിനു അരികിലെ ആൽമരം ഒന്ന് കുലുങ്ങി. എന്തായിരിക്കും കാരണം? കഥ കേട്ടോളൂ...
