Ntombovuyo Madyaliti is one of only four qualified female riggers working in South Africa today. Leigh-Anne Williams chats to her about her journey to becoming the first female rigger to be employed by Damen Shipyards Cape Town, where she is helping to build major industrial and naval vessels for the international shipbuilder.
