This week, Tracey's woman crush is Dr Ntombifikile Mtshali, CEO of Shout-It-Now.

Shout-It-Now is a South African NPC that delivers youth-friendly, community-based HIV prevention, sexual and reproductive health and related services in the Gauteng and North West provinces.

In her role as CEO, and as a strong advocate for women and reproductive health rights, Dr Mtshali leads the organisation to continue its modern delivery of HIV and gender-based violence prevention services.
