In 2016, driven by ambition and a sense of adventure, Kurt took that same proactive approach to New York City, reaching out to every top brokerage in Manhattan before he'd even made the move. A decade on, he's Director of Operations for the Holly Parker Team, the number one team in New York and number three in the entire United States - proof that curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to start small can take a career further than anyone might expect.
