In December 2023, that business merged with McGrath Northern Rivers, and today Toni serves as Chief Operating Officer and Partner across four offices: Alstonville, Ballina, Lennox Head and Byron Bay helping lead a team that holds close to 70% market share in one of its core markets. Known for staying out of the spotlight, Toni's leadership has been shaped as much by motherhood as by decades on the job, grounded in a belief in giving people time, space and genuine support to grow.
