Andrew Chamberlain's leadership journey took a sharp turn when he and his wife Belinda took over the reins of Blackshaw, one of the ACT's most respected real estate brands, in 2019. Stepping into the CEO role was a significant shift, but Andrew leaned into it with intention, learning fast and drawing on the foundations built by founder Peter Blackshaw. Today, Blackshaw spans seven offices across Canberra, Queanbeyan-Jerrabomberra and the South Coast, with over 100 people and a reputation for prestige sales that goes all the way back to selling Canberra's first million-dollar home.
Andrew shares how he's built his leadership around presence, accessibility and intention protecting his energy through deliberate structure while making sure every franchisee knows they can pick up the phone and reach him.
