Belinda Sinclair’s career has been built on backing herself and stepping up. She began in sales at just 19 for a building company, then launched her own sustainability certification business at 20. After a decade of mastering her craft, she moved into digital real estate at Domain, and in 15 years has grown through five roles. Today she is Vice President, Residential Sales and Operations, leading around 200 people across the country, including approximately 130-140 sales, alongside operations, customer service and commercial insights.
Joined by Kylie Walsh, Belinda shares the lessons that have shaped her leadership. She talks about letting your leaders know what you’re aiming for before the role comes up, and why leading with your wins in a one-on-one can change how you’re seen. It’s a conversation about purpose, mindset, and the impact a leader can have on other people’s careers - so what’s the next role you’re ready to put your hand up for?
