Helen Farmer is speaking to prolific chef, Michael Mina, who has opened a new restaurant in Dubai, Mina Brasserie. They will be joined by Executive Chef from INKED, Hadrien Villedieu, talking about those essential kitchen tools, items or ingredients that you can’t live without.
