Announcing the newest Don’t Change Much host, Chadwin Bartley. The self-proclaimed “barberpreneur educator” based in Brampton, ON.

Chadwin gets right to the elephant in the room as he starts off talking with Mike and Trevor about who he is and where he comes from. In this episode, the new trio dives into Chadwin's journey from living in his car at 16 to cutting hair for NBA stars like RJ Barrett.

The conversation then shifts to the challenges facing young guys today. Speaking from his experience mentoring youth and working as a teacher, Chadwin discusses the intense social anxiety and financial pressures he sees kids facing today. Trevor and Mike join in to tackle the provocative topic of "cancel culture" by exploring the difference between facing consequences and disproportionate public shaming. They break down the critical difference between shame (which can make us hide) and guilt (which can drive accountability), and why the internet seems to prefer the former.

Topics Covered:

• Meet Chadwin: Former at-risk youth to community leader.

• Not Underestimating Yourself or Your Reach: Why "you never know who is sitting in your chair."

• Modern Youth Pressures: Social anxiety, financial stress at home and how social media can both unite and isolate people.

• Cancel Culture: Debating online accountability vs. online courtrooms.

• Guilt vs. Shame: What each of those means to different people and how they’re both useful
