Manifestation - A powerful tool to achieve your your dreams

Today we're talking about the power of manifestation. A visualisation tool where you bring your thoughts, beliefs and desires into reality.

Heyteam that as are here, Welcome back to the Building Better Humans Project podcast. I've been working on a thirty one day program over January and I've got about twenty or so people in that program twenty twenty four I think to be exact, and we're talking through a whole different concepts around goal setting. So rather than just going with the old Smart principles, which is one model, there are other models you can use, but through this process. I've been talking to the team just recently about manifestation, and manifestation is a process of bringing your thoughts, beliefs, and desires into reality through focused intention, positive mindset, and aligned action. It's based on the idea that your mindset and energy influenced the opportunities and outcomes that you attract into your life. And I thought i would share this with you guys. So how manifestation works. It's typically involving the following steps. Number one is clarity. Define exactly what you want, be specific about your goals and dreams. Create a clear vision for yourself. For an example, instead of saying I want to be successful, to find what success looks like to you, such as I want to run a thriving outdoor leadership business impacting one thousand people annually, So that's got a really specific It kind of ties into smart goals, etc. As well with clarity. Number two is belief. This is a big one. You have to cultivate unwavering belief in your ability to achieve your goals. You must truly believe that your dreams are possible and that you're worthy of them. Number three is visualization. Regularly visualize your desired outcome as if it has already happened. Picture yourself experiencing this success and joy of achieving your dreams. We call this like fake it to your make it. Believe that you're already there. It's so real that you feel like you've already got it. Number four is a positive mindset, So replace doubt and negative self talk with empowering affirmations and constructive thoughts. Number five is action. Take consistent, inspired action towards your goal. Manifestation isn't just about thinking, It's about doing the work and making choices that align with your vision. Number six is gratitude. Cultivate gratitude for what you already have and for the sorry the progress you're making. Gratitude raises your energy and attracts more positive outcomes. And number seven is patience and persistence. Trust the process, and stay committed even when challenges arise. I love these concepts, you know, visualization where we're thinking about it. Manifestation is we're thinking, we're seeing, we're feeling. It's got everything to do with us succeeding. But one of the big ones in there is we have to believe when worthy of it. There has to be that belief that we're capable and worthy of the result. So just give that a little crack. Try a bit of manifestation instead of just hoping, wishing or even writing your goals out. Start to believe that they're real, start to believe that they're true, and start to believe that you deserve them.
