Election Day was on Saturday and All Three Boerne City Council Seats were retained by the incumbents.

Ty Wolosin and Dr Mac finished strong - Wolosin winning by 30%, Macaluso earring 67% of the vote…but tell me your vote doesn’t count - Quinten Scott in District 3 beat his challenger Dan Weis by only 3 votes…and even more shocking was 108 voted for Scott, 105 for Weis… 213 votes total.  Respectfully folks…come on…but that’s how it works - the people have spoken.

Same with the school board - incumbent Carlin Friar wins with 60% of the vote with 2714 voting.  Dallas Pipes wins Place 2 with 68% of the vote, and in Place 3 Courtney Darter-Bruce wins with 84% of the vote.

Money Magazine and Money.com just published the top 50 places in America to Live and it makes me very proud to announce one Texas Hill Country small town made the list and it’s New Braunfels!  So congratulation New Braunfels…Yes…visit Boerne but if you’re listening outside of Texas…move to New Braunfels - so much better than Boerne.
