Today Britt is joined by Pippa Hallas, the CEO of the legendary 'Ella Baché. Founded in Paris in 1936 by cosmetic chemist Madame Ella Baché, the brand was built around the idea that “no two skins are alike” and that skincare should be tailored to individual needs.

Ella Baché was brought to Australia in 1954 by Edith Hallas and has since become an iconic name in Australian beauty. Today, Ella Baché is one of Australia’s largest skincare franchises, with 150+ salons nationally and counters in major stores like David Jones.
