Adam Jacobs made a name for himself in the business world as the co-founder of The Iconic. He then launched a venture called Hatch, an online recruitment platform dedicated to matching people with jobs they'd be suited to. 

Having studied Philosophy and Business, and worked around the world as a business consultant in addition to starting his own companies, Adam knows a thing or two about success ... well at least three. In this episode, I take you through three pearls of wisdom about success from my chat with Adam.
