The short version of his thesis is that deep down humans are pretty decent - and if you expect good things of people, they’ll do good things. If you expect bad things of people, they’ll do bad things.

Best known for fronting dance act Rogue Traders (plus her stellar solo career) and playing troublemaker Izzy Hoyland on Neighbours, Natalie also has an extensive musical theatre background. But more recently, it's her personal life that has taken centre stage.

Natalie shares what it really takes to survive and stay grounded in an industry where people are easily overlooked and dismissed, and how her relationship with herself has evolved through career highs, personal loss, and major life transitions.
