Civic and social justice organisation, the Progressive Forces of South Africa, has expressed concern over the Constitutional Court's ruling on asylum seekers.
The ConCourt ruled that South Africa's (SA) asylum system must reopen to new applicants. In light of this, Home Affairs says the Refugee Reception Offices will now accept applications from everyone, including those who entered the country without a visa.
