Inflation improves to best rate since March 2021 ahead of potential September rate cut

Today's Question of the Day: 'Should cats have the right to roam?' It's pretty unanimous. Ottawa Humane Society wrapped up its biggest cat survey. More and more residents are opposed to allowing cats outdoors unsupervised. OHS spokesperson Stephen Smith strongly recommends you keep your cats indoors.
