Today's Question of the Day: 'Should cats have the right to roam?' It's pretty unanimous. Ottawa Humane Society wrapped up its biggest cat survey. More and more residents are opposed to allowing cats outdoors unsupervised. OHS spokesperson Stephen Smith strongly recommends you keep your cats indoors. 

We preview a free event that's happening on October 3rd at the Bronson Centre that will showcase  some of Canada's top Indigenous artists. 

The Ottawa Mission released its Annual Impact Report on its shelter capacity. The Ottawa Mission's Manager of Frontline Services Ashley Potter tells Kristy it is NOT looking good. 

Canada's fertility rate keeps dropping to alarming levels.
