Nine months after the Ford government disabled Ottawa’s speed cameras, more than 60 percent of drivers are speeding through an octagon of photo radar locations. Now, these cameras have been turned off, but the City of Ottawa hasn’t stopped keeping track of these lead-footed drivers.
